La Comunidad focuses on the future

Time does fly. La Comunidad Hispana began offering quality health services to those in need in Southern Chester County 40 years ago. Earlier this month the non-profit’s leadership marked its anniversary and announced an ambitious plan to expand services in the coming years.

Organizations such as LCH make Chester County great. LCH’s mission is to empower immigrants and low-income residents of Southern Chester County to stay healthy, build strong families and lead productive and fulfilling lives.

“Fortyforward: Building on the past … Focusing on the future” is LCH’s new initiative. Fortyforward is a comprehensive strategic initiative that restructures governance, programs, operations, finances, marketing and philanthropy.

Chester County government has been supporting, and will continue to support LCH’s goals. Chester County citizens can look forward to another 40 years of essential public service from La Comunidad Hispana. The leadership is to be commended.
